Welcome to our twentieth Bergen County Camera Customer Spotlight. This monthly posting features a customer who’s made an impression on us. They might have grown in their understanding of photography, gained a mastery of the craft and / or have become a strong advocate of our way of doing business in the world of photography. During the next month you will see this customer’s images displayed on our digital signs in store, in our emails, blog posts and social media.
When was the last time your camera was cleaned? If you’re planning on taking some summer photos, you should make sure all your gear is clean, to ensure you get the clearest and highest quality photos possible. Prolonged time between cleanings can lead to everything from fingerprints on your filters to unwanted sensor spots, which will show up in your images, and can be removed with sensor cleaning. Stop by from 10 am – 5 pm on this Saturday, June 1st, to get your gear cleaned for free! We will be cleaning camera exteriors, lenses, filters, and screens, as well as evaluating your camera’s sensor and shooting a reference photo for you. Come learn more about sensor cleaning, and even leave your camera to get the sensor cleaned if necessary. Please note there is a limit of one camera and lens per customer.
April 25, 2019, Commack, NY – Tamron announces the launch of a new zoom lens, the 35-150mm F/2.8-4 Di VC OSD (Model A043), for full-frame DSLR cameras. Photographers everywhere, especially those who enjoy photographing people, can add wider range to their creative expression with the new Model A043 that extends from 35mm to 150mm and offers a fast F/2.8 aperture at the wide-angle end while maintaining a bright F/4 at the telephoto end. The lens will be available May 23 in Nikon mount and June 20 in Canon mount at approximately $799 at authorized Tamron USA retailers.
