Spring Photo Assignment: Spring Into Motion – Spring is here, and we’re celebrating the season’s arrival with a new Photo Assignment Review! The assignment is titled Spring Into Motion: Catch the Wind and we want to see what spring looks like through your lens.
Spring is a season of awakening, and we’re challenging you to try to capture its energy! Move beyond the “still life” and show us the spring season in transition through movement. Whether it’s the gentle sway of a cherry blossom branch, the frantic flight of nesting birds, or the steady flow of a snow-melted stream, your goal is to capture the season. Try using long exposures to create artistic blur or fast shutter speeds to freeze a moment of action – we can’t wait to see how you “catch the wind” this spring!

In-Store Review Date: Saturday, May 16 at 9:30 AM
Join us for a group review session (on Saturday 5/16) where we’ll showcase and discuss each submission, offering feedback and insights in a friendly and supportive environment. It’s a great opportunity to grow as a photographer, gain inspiration, and connect with fellow photography enthusiasts.
Can’t make it to the photo review on 5/16? No worries! Please let us know when you submit your image if you will not be able to attend in person, but would like to be included in an online photo review.
