Customer Spotlight – Gary Flink

Welcome to our seventeenth Bergen County Camera Customer Spotlight. This monthly posting features a customer who’s made an impression on us. They might have grown in their understanding of photography, gained a mastery of the craft and / or have become a strong advocate of our way of doing business in the world of photography. During the next month you will see this customer’s images displayed on our digital signs in store, in our emails, blog posts and social media.

Gary Flink is our customer spotlight for the months of January and February. We hope you both enjoy and are inspired by this new addition to In Focus and look forward to your comments and suggestions. Below you will find a word from Gary, followed by some of his images in the gallery below.

I have always been drawn to photography.  I began shooting wildlife and landscapes at a young age, but my love of playing guitar and music eventually took over as I began to attend concerts and shows on a regular basis. I would bring a small camera along with me to those shows and from there I was hooked.

I am currently a House Photographer for the historic Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, and by day I am a Physical Therapist.

Although I enjoy all types of photography, my passion and concentration of work rests heavily with music. My goal is to capture the energy and emotion of the artist or band and convey that through still imagery.

Bob and the entire team at Bergen County Camera are the only ones I turn to when I have questions.  They always offer strong advice, and always recommend the right gear to meet my needs.  I won’t go anywhere else when I need prints or enlargements because the quality of their production work is second to none.

I won’t trust anyone else!

It looks like you have reached you goal in capturing the energy and emotion of the artists in your images. Seems that you have the best of both worlds.
